We make our cakes from scratch, and torte them into four layers, which allows us to use three layers of flavorful fillings. The ratio of cake to filling is more pleasant and balanced. The cake layers are saturated with a moistening syrup using fine extracts and liquors to add to the complexity of the flavors. We make an Italian Meringue Buttercream Icing to finish and decorate. We also make a wonderful tasting fondant that can cover the buttercream and be decorated with Royal Icing lace like designs.
Our Round Wedding Cake sizes range from 6" to 18" and can be combined to make as many servings as are needed. We will be able to meet your needs with an elegant two-tier cake for an intimate gathering, or an impressive seven-tiered tower serving over 400 guests.
